carnivoras.com is operated by Antiplantas S.A. de C.V., Mexico. Questions: hola@carnivoras.com.

Prices

Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and you are charged in MXN. Visitors outside Mexico also see an estimate in their own currency; it is approximate, based on a daily exchange rate, and your bank or card may convert at a different rate.

Orders and availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and contact you to arrange payment and delivery. Plants are living things grown in limited numbers: if something you ordered is no longer available, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.

Photos and sizes

Many product photos are reference images of the species or of plants from the same grower. Each plant is unique, so its size, colour and shape can differ from the photos. Sizes such as small, medium and large describe the plant when it is sent.

Delivery

We ship within Mexico and worldwide. Shipping cost and timing depend on the destination country and the carrier and are quoted when we confirm your order. Live plants may need a phytosanitary certificate, and some species need CITES export or import permits; we check what your country requires before shipping, and you are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

If something is wrong

If a plant or product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to hola@carnivoras.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible, and we will work with you to put it right. Your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law are not affected.

Courses

Online courses are held on the date given when you sign up. If you cannot attend, contact us before the course.
